Air Quality Updates at GCHS

air quality updates:
Granville County Public Schools is committed to the safety and well-being of its students and staff. All school facilities are being tested for air quality by an independent, certified laboratory. The results of these tests are posted to the website below and any additional action steps will be communicated to all members of the school community.
Good news on the latest air quality testing results. The official report noted that, "The indoor air samples did not show a fungal amplification or an altered indoor fungal ecology on this day." A link to the official reports may be found below.
The most recent random sample air quality tests showed a normal fungal ecology in your school EXCEPT for ONE isolated area:
The hallway near classroom 2113 had slightly elevated counts. The lab recommends retesting again soon. No other action was recommended.
